1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Product is damaged or defective
- Wrong product was delivered
- Product is missing parts
We do not accept returns for change of mind or personal preference.

Requests made after this time may not be accepted.
3. Product Condition
To be eligible for a return:

- Product must be in original packaging
- All tags, accessories, and items must be included

4. Proof Requirement
Customers must provide proof when requesting a return:
- Clear photos or videos of the product
- Showing the issue clearly
Without proof, the return request may be rejected.
5. Return Process
Once your return is approved:
- Instructions will be provided to return the product
- In some cases, we may arrange pickup
Do not send any product back without approval.
6. Return Shipping Cost
- If the issue is on our side (damaged, wrong item), we will cover return cost
- If the return is not valid, customer may need to pay shipping charges
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
